Description
A standard American, grass-fed half lamb includes:
- 1 Rack of ribs
- 8 Loin chops
- 1 Rack of French cut loin chops OR 8 individual Loin chops
- 1 Leg shanks
- 1 Leg roast
- 1 Shoulder roast
- 1+- lbs Ground
- 1 lbs Stew meat
- 2+- pounds stew bones (great for soups, broths, and dogs)
*Upon request: heart, tongue, and liver.
*Please allow 7-10 days for processing and delivery. All pick up will be at Snapps Ferry Packing (5900 East Andrew Johnson Hwy, Afton, TN 37616). There is a $30.00 processing fee (included in the total price) for the processing of our locally raised lamb. After your order, you will receive updates regarding when your order is sent, processed, and ready for pick up.
