Description
A standard American, grass-fed whole lamb includes:
* 2 Racks of ribs
* 2 Racks of French cut loin chops OR 16 individual loin chops (please specify your preference when ordering)
* 2 Leg shanks
* 2 Leg roast
* 2 Shoulder roast
* 7 +- lbs Ground
* 3-5 lbs Stew meat
* 5+- pounds stew bones (great for soups, broths, and dogs)
**Upon request: heart, tongue, and liver.
*Please allow 7-10 days for processing and delivery. All pick up will be at Snapps Ferry Packing (5900 East Andrew Johnson Hwy, Afton, TN 37616). There is a $60.00 processing fee (included in the total price) for the processing of our locally raised lamb. After your order, you will receive updates regarding when your order is sent, processed, and ready for pick up.
